What you can be working on:
* Their birthday, rhyming words, sound ch
*Blending words where you give the child each sound for ex .c- a-t and they say at.
Work on 3 sounds and if mastered moved to 4 sounds. Read beginning books.
Dictate short sentences that they write so they can practice writing sight words, sound out words, and using conventions like spaces, capital/lowercase letters where needed and puncuation. Ex. The big dog is black.
